29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(3)(i):  The employer did not document and maintain the results of monthly inspections including the items checked along with the date and signature of the person performing the inspection:  a) On or about November 18, 2022, monthly inspections of a National Crane Series 1400A, 33-ton, VIN #1HTWNAZT2CJ450300, were not documented to include the items checked along with the date and signature of the person performing the inspection.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
