29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. (a) Meeting Hall, 334 Richland Lane, Lewisburg, WV: On November 17, 2022 and times prior an employee worked at heights of approximately 12 feet from a temporary elevated platform (Skyjack SJIII 3226 Scissor Lift) without having first been trained on the recognition of the associated hazards and the procedures to mitigate those hazards.
