29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  Note: Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable.  a) At 66 Saussy Road, Port Wentworth, GA 31407: on or about November 21, 2022, and at times prior to, the creating, exposing, and correcting employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not required while working with pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 66 Saussy Road, Port Wentworth, GA 31407: on or about November 21, 2022, and at times prior to, the creating, exposing, and correcting employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were not properly tied off to anchor points while performing shingling activities exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
