29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: Location: Terminal E Baggage make up area Employer did not ensure tow tractor operators had enough room to safely negotiate turns into the baggage conveyor room. On November 21, 2022, baggage carts being towed, struck parked baggage carts while turning into the room, injuring an employee standing near the parked baggage carts.
