1926.652(e)(2)(ii)  Installation of a support system was not closely coordinated with the excavation of trenches:  a) Cornerstone Road, Mount Joy, PA, Worksite, Trench - on or about November 22, 2022, employees were performing underground installation work while within a trench excavation, in excess of five feet below grade, with the trench shield system being placed in an orientation where more than two (2) feet of soil was located below its bottom.  No abatement certification required.
