1926.503(a)(1)  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Commercial roof: On or about April 30, 2025 and times prior, an adequate training program was not implemented for employees exposed to potential fall hazards in that employees did not recognize the need to have or utilize fall protection systems while working on low sloped roofs.   Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
