29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) Satellite Pointe Apartments located at 2000 Satellite Pointe, Duluth, GA 30096, Building 1, First floor kitchen: On or about 11/23/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 5-feet, 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that the employer allowed an employee to work from the top cap/step of an A-frame ladder while engaged in plumbing activities.
