29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn, and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a) ALM Buford located at 4228 Buford Drive, Buford, GA 30518, East side of structure. On or about 11/22/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 17-feet, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees installing Dens-Glass exterior sheathing boards inside an JLG 400S aerial lift basket.
