On or about November 28, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the ground, below roofing activities, were not wearing a hard hats to protect against falling materials and debris.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about November 28, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using an electric saw was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about November28, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employee performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet eight (8) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about November 28, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employee performing residential roofing operations, twenty one  (21) feet above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
