29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):  Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent.  a) 30 Martha Drive, Bethel, PA, facility-wide, on or about November 30, 2023, employees were exposed to hazards associated with delayed egress in the event of a fire emergency as the physical layout of the workplace, including, but not limited to, the positioning of storage racks, obstructed the line of sight of the exit doors.  When the line of sight was obstructed, the employer did not post directional exit signage to indicate the path of travel to the nearest exit and/or exit discharge.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours:  a.) 30 Martha Drive, Bethel, PA, on or about November 30, 2022, the employer did not provide copies of the OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, for calendar years 2019, 2020 and 2021 to the OSHA Area Office within four business hours, and did not provide these copies until February 16, 2023.  The Dollar General, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395846, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 21290 Hwy 603, Kiln, MS 39556.  Corrected during the inspection.
