29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At a commercial worksite located at 1400 Round Tripper Dr, Parkville MO -- Employees were engaged in having materials hoisted up with a crane. While guiding the crane and unloading materials, the employees were on the edge of the roof of the 4 story building without a fall protection system. This exposed employees to fall hazards of 40 plus feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 11/30/2022.
