29 CFR 1910.151(c): The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use, where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials: a.) 2901 Hempland Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, on or about November 30, 2022, employees were performing tank cleaning while using corrosive materials including, but not limited to, hydrochloric acid and caustic soda, where the nearest eye wash station was through a doorway and down a narrow hallway into the maintenance work area.
