29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D):  a) Main Building - The energy control procedure for performing service and maintenance the Line 1 ARPAC-ARBOT 1000 Robot Palletizer did not develop a site specific procedure for the machine, on or about November 30, 2022.  b) Main Building - The energy control procedures for performing service and maintenance on Line 1 A Caser, Line 1 A Wrapper, and Line 5 R Caser did not describe the specific steps to shut down the pneumatic energy source and how to place, remove, and transfer a lockout device, on or about November 30, 2022.  c) Main Building - The energy control procedure for performing service and maintenance on Line 1 A Wrapper did not describe the specific steps to shut down the electrical energy source, on or about November 30, 2022.  d) Main Building - The energy control procedure for performing service and maintenance on the Line 1 Fryer did not include the purpose, authorization, means to enforce compliance, and specific steps for the removal and transfer of lockout devices, on or about November 30, 2022.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
