29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On or about 12/01/2022, at the jobsite at 152 and 156 Van Gogh Cove, Bradenton, FL., employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet, in that, fall protection was not used while engaged in roof framing activities while standing on the trusses.  b. On or about 12/01/2022, at the jobsite at 152 and 156 Van Gogh Cove, Bradenton, FL., employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that, fall protection was not used while engaged in roof framing activities while standing on the roof sheeting.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On 12/1/2022, at the jobsite on 152 & 156 Van Gogh Cove, Bradenton, FL, employees were exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard, in that, employees were accessing an upper working surface via extension ladders that were not extended at least 3' above the upper landing surface.
