At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards, in that, site housekeeping was not provided for workers while conducting apartment building framing and sheeting operations with lumber, bricks, wood debris, roofing materials lay scattered on the floor.

At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to fall  hazards of approximately 19 ft & 25 ft, in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting sheathing operations on the roof of an apartment building.  b.) At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to fall  hazards of approximately 9 ft & 13 ft, in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting framing operations from the inside and truss work from the outside second story of an apartment building.

At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to fall  hazards of approximately 9ft, in that, the portable ladder used to access the work area was not extended 3 feet above the upper landing surface while conducting framing and truss installation operations.
