29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken:  (a) East side of residential structure, north driveway; A 30-lb liquified petroleum gas cylinder used to operate a heater for the purpose of thawing shingle bundles was not protected against exposure from an all-terrain forklift operated within close proximity.
