29 CFR 1926.307(f)(3): The employer failed to guard gears, sprockets and/or chains that were less than 7 feet (2.128 m) from the floor or platform: a) On December 2, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to ensure that all chains and sprockets within seven or less feet from the ground or working platform on equipment, including the mortar mixer, were provided with a guard on all exposed sides.
