29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  a.  Conference Room: On or about December 5, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that four electrical outlet box covers were damaged or missing where managers connect computers and other devices to the electrical receptacles during meetings.
