Location: 215 Emmet St # E, Newark, NJ a) Employee was walking on loading dock and tripped over pallet causing him to hit truck step. Walking working surface was not kept clean causing trip and fall hazards. On or about November 28, 2022 b) Employee was working on loading dock area where walking working surface was not kept clean due stack pallets and debris. Employee was exposed to trip and fall hazards. On or about January 04, 2023
