On or about December 1, 2022, at around 2:40 PM an Independent Roofing Systems employee was hospitalized after receiving burns to his left hand while engaged in roofing operations at 359 N West St., Jackson MS. 39201. The employer did not report this hospitalization until on or about December 5, 2022, at approximately 2:21PM.
