Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.  a) On or about December 7, 2022, the employer did not ensure that when employees were placing shipping labels on boxes, the stacks of boxes in the ET-6 ARA area were stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height to ensure the boxes did not fall on employees due to the load being unstable.  b) On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that when employees were placing shipping labels on boxes, the stacks of boxes in the ET-6 ARA area were stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height to ensure the boxes did not fall on employees due to the load being unstable.  c) On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that when forklift drivers were driving around the warehouse, the returns stored by loading dock door 3 in the ET-1 ARA BUM area were stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height to ensure the pile of return products did not fall on employees due to the load being unstable.
