29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: The employer was failing to ensure that employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on December 6, 2022 at 4501 South 36th Street, Omaha, Nebraska in All American Meats' hamburger production area. Employees were sanitizing equipment with water near exposed conductors of the 120V electrical wiring that powered the metal detector.
