29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) In the parking lot of the hotel, located at 11360 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL: On or about 12/09/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while in the elevated basket of the aerial lift performing tree trimming work .

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. a) In the parking lot of the hotel, located at 11360 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL: On or about 12/09/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were trained on the use of fall protection prior to performing tree trimming work.
