29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest: (a) 6401 Mill Creek Road, Levittown, PA., Roof Edge: On or about December 7, 2022, employees worked on the second-level, flat roof of a commercial structure without fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of not less than 15 feet.
