OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazard when using a vehicle lift with one of the safety latches inoperable. Location: Express Service area On or about 12/9/2022, The employer did not ensure a Blazer 9000 vehicle lift serial number 07152874 was operated with all safety latches operable.
