29 CFR  1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place:(a)  a. 7777 Westside Avenue, North Bergen, NJ  On or about October 24, 2022 and at times prior to that date, for employees preforming the job task of clearing jams were exposed to struck-by and/or caught-in hazards while operating a Machine#6 - Romaco Tube Filling Machine without a functioning interlock door device.
