29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: (a): Exterior Framing- An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet when his personal fall arrest system lifeline/lanyard was too long to prevent him from contacting the lower level. The employee fell and hit the concrete below, on or about, December 5, 2022. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
