On or about December 15, 2022, and times thereto, in the wood shaping and cutting area, employees using machines with power cords that had the outer sheathing pulled away exposing the internal wiring were exposed to electrical shock hazards. a) At the Junior 640 Magii machine, the power cord had a strain relief hazard exposing internal wiring, b) At the Dayton shaper machine, the power cord had a strain relief hazard exposing internal wiring.
