29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. On October 10, 2023, and times prior thereto, in the carpenter shop, the employer did not ensure an adjustable guard was placed on the hand-fed cross cut table saw prior to employees utilizing the equipment to cut wooden material exposing them to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY EQUIPMENT AND CONDITION(S)) (STATE HAZARD(S) TO EMPLOYEE(S)) On October 10, 2023, and times prior thereto, on the northwest side of the wood shop, an electrical panel box was missing a knock-out plug exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
