29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Mold Shop - On or about December 6, 2022,  the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards and struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to develop and utilize machine specific LO/TO procedures for Mold Shop Bead Blaster (MFG. NO. 17422 & MFG. Date Nov. 2005) while employees performed maintenance activities for the bead blaster machine.
