29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  114 Edward St., Chicopee, MA: On or about December 14, 2022 employees were observed roofing this residence  with unprotected sides and edges greater than 11 feet above the next lower level and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall from height hazards.  Sweet Home Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1640467, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/2022  with respect to a workplace located at 37 New London Tpke., Glastonbury CT.
