29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) Stonewater Creek Lot #456 in Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about December 20, 2022, subcontractor's employees observed framing residential homes that were exposed to fall hazards, eye hazards, head hazards, and even impalement hazards due to the lack of personal protective equipment being used at the site.
