29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) On December 21, 2022, and times prior at 1580 48th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota, employees were potentially exposed to respiratory hazards while working in the Resin Tank Room where three 6,000-gallon tanks containing Unsaturated Polyester Resin in Styrene, because exposure monitoring had not been conducted in the space prior to the inspection.
