(b) At the back of the store the exit route was obstructed with full U-Boats parked along the entire side of the route impeding employees escape and exposing them to burn and inhalation hazards. Family Dollar/Dollar Tree was previously cited for a triple-repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589562, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1610 East Main St, Madisonville, TX 77864.
