29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank-cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association (CGA) Pamphlet P-1-(series), which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:   On or about November 13, 2023, and at times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 22522 Imperial Valley Drive Houston, TX 77073, the employer failed to properly store compressed gas cylinders in a manner to prevent accidental knock over by use of chain, strap,  bracket, or noncombustible rack  as required by CGA Pamphlet P-1 (series), creating a struck by hazard to employees.  Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1641107, citation number 2 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5648 Lancaster Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19131, issued on June 27, 2023.  Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1620287, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 23176 Emery Rd. Warrensville Heights, OH 44128, issued on February 27, 2023.  Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1620293, citation number 2 item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4042 Warrensville Center Rd Warrensville Heights, OH 44122, issued on February 27, 2023.
