At the jobsite, located at 3060 N. Gallagher Rd. Dover, FL 33527; on or about 12/22/22, the employer exposed employees to struck by and caught in hazards, in that secure and proper storage of boxed goods and materials was not utilized and provided for employees while performing warehouse shipping and receiving operations around broken warehouse racking systems and with some areas of the storage racks not anchored to the floor.
