29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a: at the Specialty Line 34, located at 30600 Gallagher Rd, Tampa, Florida; On or about March 4, 2024, employees were exposed to caught-in and nip point hazards created by the rotating motion of the chain and sprocket, in that, safeguarding methods were not used.
