At 370 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about December 21, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and safety hazards, in that employees were allowed to work inside a night house which had locked exit(s) on the Northwest Side of the Bear Enclosure exiting to the public area which requires a key and latches to exit.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a. At 370 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about December 21, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and safety hazards, in that employees were allowed to work inside a night house of the Bear Complex which has a set of exit doors on the Northeast (public access area) exit that was not clearly marked with an Exit sign.
