29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  (a): Exterior Framing- The employer did not ensure that employees were using appropriate eye protection while using a nail gun and a circular saw. Employees were using nail guns  and a circular saw to install framing and were exposed to projectile eye hazards, on or about January 4, 2023.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a): Exterior Framing -  Ten employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet into the building and 25 feet off the building while working from the framing on or about January 25, 2023.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
