1926.300(b)(4)(ii):   The point of operation of machine(s) whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded:   a. 228 Blackwood-Barnsboro Rd. Sewell, NJ: On or about January 4, 2023, two employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by thrown objects, and/or reactive forces, including kickback and/or blade failure, when using the side of a rotating cutting blade to grind bolts down.  The employees were using the circular saw blade of a Husqvarna K770 cut-off machine to cut pipe.
