29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Polyester Control Room: On or about 1/5/2023, immediate access to an eyewash station was impeded by stored boxes placed under and in front of the eyewash. Employees use corrosive products including, but not limited to, Hypophosphorus Acid-50 (pH 1).
