Condition observed on or about 01/05/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 28, 30 & 32 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ: Workers engaged in framing, and other related activities, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 21 feet 4 inches to the ground surface below when accessing each structure by climbing their exterior framing without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/05/23. b - 28, 30 & 32 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker engaged in framing, and other related activities, was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working from the top plates of exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/05/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a- 28, 30 & 32 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ: Workers engaged in framing, and other related activities, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 21 feet 4 inches to the ground surface below when accessing each structure by climbing their exterior framing without the use of fall protection and when walking and working from the top plates of exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection. At the time of the worksite inspection, the company did not provide these worksite workers with training to recognize and address the hazards associated with falls NOR how to properly use the worksite fall protection equipment. Condition noted on or about 01/05/23. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
