29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  a) 3410 North Main Avenue, Scranton, PA 18508: Employees performing roofing activities on a low-slope roof with a height of thirteen (13) feet were not protected from falling, on or about January 10, 2023.  K.J.M. General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492318, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record:  a) 3410 North Main Avenue, Scranton, PA 18508: Employees performing roofing work on a commercial roof that had an height of approximately thirteen (13) feet were exposed to a fall hazard and the employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record, on or about January 10, 2023.  K.J.M. General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590375, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 513 Church Street, Honesdale PA 18431.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
