Welding Area: On or about January 11, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that abrasive wheels were installed on a "Baldor" Reliance Buffer, model 1157230, which was not designed for use with abrasive wheels and was not manufactured with guards to protect employees from abrasive wheel hazards while employees grind parts during fabrication.
