29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At 2925 Buford Drive, Bldg. 200, Buford, Georgia: On or about January 10, 2023, and at times prior, The employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 56-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) At 2925 Buford Drive, Bldg. 200, Buford, Georgia: On or about January 10, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that the cords provided by the employer had a damaged strain relief and was not removed from service.
