This condition was observed on or about January 12, 2023.  b) 1413 Missouri Ave, Cape May, NJ - The employer allowed employees to conduct residential building operations approximately 20 feet above the ground without having a fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about July 19, 2022.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
