29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: location: front door of house on or about: 3/6/23 a) Employees were using the front door to access the house, while engaged in drywall activities. An LPG cylinder was located in the front doorway, impeding the means of egress. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
