29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)	On or before January 12, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that one employee framing the roof of a three story a new residential house did not utilize a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet on the west side of the structure and interior fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.  (b)	On or before January 12, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees who were welding on top of a beam located on the second level utilized a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 feet.
