29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who is constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not  protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  8 Montague Rd., Amherst, MA: On or about January 9, 2023, an employee was observed sheathing the roof of this  library addition with unprotected sides and edges greater than 11 feet to the next lower and he was not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing him to fall from height hazards.
