29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3):The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred. The employer, Ash Pallet Management, Inc. did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injury and Illness or complete OSHA Form 301 , Injury and Illness Incident Report within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred. Recordable injuries and illnesses included the following instance: (a) On or about December 1, the employer had not entered a recordable injury on the OSHA Form 300 and OSHA Form 301 within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred on August 5, 2022, when a worker sustained a fracture to the leg requiring hospitalization and resulting in days away from work. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification only, is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET),
